So my roommates and I are trying to spice up our place! What exactly spices up a place? I say it is all in the lighting but great art (photography) and a few funky finds don’t hurt either. It is definitely an art in itself to “decorate” ones place. I love it when you can tell there was some thought in how a space is organized but also when there are certain personal touches as well. I am sure there is a balance when decorating a space making it look good but without breaking the bank, making it stylish but yet cozy as well.

If a basketball player is a baller would that make someone who rollerskates a roller? I was just telling a friend of mine how much in love with roller skating I was as a child, and the other night when we were hanging out we ran into this store that sells the four-wheel kind. Can you say retro-clectic!!! They even had models rolling around in them, I took a quick snapshot with my point and shoot and thought how ironic is this that we were just talking about it. Crazy coincidence. We also saw retro-tees and silk-screened vests. Made me want to go to a roller-skating party for halloween rather than a regular fiesta.

What is love? Is it that butterfly feeling in your stomach when you see that special person from across the room? Or is it something more like sitting through that aweful movie because you know how much it means to that other person and how they went on and on about it so you are just going to try and see what the fuss is about? Sigh…. anyhoo one thing is for sure we LOVE Marisa’s retroclectic tee! She is looking fresh in this T-shirt that looks like it had a personal touch. We are not sure though, and the love thing we are thinking it is more the ladder : )
